LiveLife Support

Making life a little easier

Kind, practical, non-judgemental support with everyday life, at a pace that suits you.

We support people affected by domestic abuse, young adults aged 18 to 25 who are building independence, people who would like help at home or some friendly company, and people experiencing homelessness.

How we can help

Four ways we can help

Four areas of support, each built on the same promise: kind, practical help from people who listen first and never judge.

Domestic Abuse Support

A kind, non-judgemental listening ear and practical support to help you explore your options and take your next steps at your own pace.

Young Adult Independence Support

For young adults aged 18 to 25. Encouraging young adults to build confidence and everyday skills, from managing routines and household tasks to preparing simple meals and getting involved in community life.

Home Help and Companionship

Friendly company and practical help with light cleaning, laundry, ironing, simple meals, errands and appointments, helping everyday life feel a little easier.

Homelessness and Resettlement Support

Practical, respectful support for people experiencing homelessness or sleeping rough, including help with appointments, everyday tasks and connecting with local services.

Our approach

Support that fits around your life

Everyone’s situation is different, so our support is too. We start by listening, then work with you to find the help that will make a real difference, whether that’s a friendly face once a week, a hand getting on top of the housework or someone in your corner while you work out your next steps.

  • We listen first, and we never judge.
  • You decide what your support looks like.
  • We go at your pace, with no pressure.
  • We turn up when we say we will.
  • We stay in your corner and keep checking in.

How it works

Getting support is simple

You don’t need to have everything worked out before you get in touch. Here’s what happens next.

1

Reach out

Call, WhatsApp or email us, or send a message through our website. Tell us as much or as little as you like.

2

Have a chat

We’ll talk things through, over the phone or in person, with no pressure and no judgement.

3

Make a plan

Together we agree what your support looks like, how often we meet and what matters most to you.

4

Get started

Your support begins, and we keep checking in to make sure it’s working for you.

We don’t take over people’s lives. We help them live them.

I started LiveLife Support because I kept meeting people who just needed someone on their side. Not a lecture, just a kind person who would listen, roll up their sleeves and help with whatever was in front of them that day. That’s still how we work: we go at each person’s pace and treat them the way we’d want our own family to be treated.

Your questions

Questions people ask

A few of the things people often want to know before getting in touch. If your question isn’t here, just ask.

Who can get support from LiveLife Support?

Anyone who could use a hand in one of the four areas we cover: domestic abuse, young adult independence (ages 18 to 25), home help and companionship, or homelessness and resettlement. You can get in touch for yourself or for someone you care about.

Do you provide personal care?

Not at the moment. Our support covers companionship, practical help around the home and help with everyday life. We don’t provide personal care, such as help with washing, dressing or medication. If that’s what you need, we’ll gladly point you towards services that can help.

Can I get in touch on someone else’s behalf?

Yes. Family members, friends and professionals are all welcome to contact us. We’ll always check that the person you’re worried about is happy to hear from us before we go any further.

Is what I tell you kept private?

Yes. What you share with us is treated with care and respect. We only share it with your agreement, unless we’re worried that you or someone else is at serious risk of harm.
