How we can help

  • Help getting to appointments, and company along the way if you’d like it
  • Support with everyday tasks, phone calls and paperwork
  • Connecting with local services, including housing, health and benefits
  • Help preparing for a move into a new home
  • Support settling in and building routines once you’ve moved
  • Someone reliable to talk to, who treats you with respect

Respect comes first

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. We listen without judging and work at a pace that suits you.

You don’t need an address to get in touch with us. Call or WhatsApp us, or ask someone you trust to contact us for you.

What support looks like

1

Getting in touch

Call or WhatsApp us, or a friend, family member or professional can contact us for you.

2

Working out the next steps

We talk about what you need most right now and agree what we’ll do first.

3

Moving forward together

We help with appointments, services and everyday tasks, and support you as you settle.

Working alongside local services

Finding your way through housing, health and benefits services can feel overwhelming, especially when you have nowhere settled to stay. We help you find the right services, prepare for appointments and, if you’d like, come along with you so you don’t have to do it alone.

Once you have a place of your own, we can keep supporting you while you settle in, from setting up the basics to building everyday routines.
